The BENTELER Gantry Stacker is in the position to automatically stack or de-stack horizontal or vertical glass sheets. Even bigger formats can be easily processed. The stackers have a stable, non-bending and torsion-proof base frame. This guarantees a high positioning accuracy, as well as vibration-free operation even at high speed and substantial glass weights. In connection with our turntables, a nearly non-stop glass in feed, even if glass racks are changed.

The best solution for loading and off-loading of vertical or horizontal glass panes is a robot system. This applies especially when complex motion sequences are necessary. Our systems could also handle large sizes. We typically use 6-axle industrial robots from different manufacturers. The sucker frame is designed according to glass size and weight. Moreover we offer customized solutions for removing and mounting of separation paper or other separators.
