At BENTELER we invest a great deal of time and effort in employee selection and seek to specifically develop young talents. Every year we train young people in our training centres in Paderborn (Germany), as well as in Brazil and Mexico. We also support training and education programmes for talented young people all over the world. In Germany alone, we offer hundreds of training courses in the following areas: business, IT, intercultural awareness, leadership competencies, methodology and communication, occupational safety and the environment, process and project management, quality management, technology and finance. We also offer international training programmes such as business camps and global sales seminars. Often, these are led by our own employees. This enables us to impart knowledge existing within the company in a targeted manner, for instance through specialist academies or mentoring programmes.

Health: We regularly conduct ergonomic assessments of our workstations. On the basis of these, we are able to continually optimize our work environment in terms of our employees’ health.
